We routinely raise 1-2 puppies to 6-12 months of age before placing them in their new home. These puppies are crate-trained, housebroken, know basic obedience commands and have been well socialized. Not everyone can or wants to raise a young puppy and we often get requests for older puppies or young adults and so we try to accommodate those requests.

Our Purchase and Health Contract requires that families, that for whatever reason cannot keep one of our Labradoodles that they have adopted, return it to us for re-homing. Again, because we have so many requests for older dogs and because we want to keep track of our Labradoodles so that they do have forever homes, it is better for us, the dog and the families involved to re-home through us. These dogs typically stay with us for several weeks to months prior to being placed in their new home so that we truly get to know them and can make the best placement for them.

All of our breeding dogs are obedience trained, housebroken, crate-trained and socialized. They are spayed/ neutered prior to being placed in a home. Our breeding dogs have been our companions and family, but they deserve a family of their own to live out their middle and later years.

Shelby is loyal, affectionate and eager-to-please. She is crate and house trained, current on vaccines, deworming and heartworm/flea/tick prevention. She walks well on a leash, is gentle and polite with people and social and playful with other dogs. She loves her toys and can be silly and playful. She is tolerant of young children but would do very well in a home with teenagers and adults. Shelby would love to be included in activities and would enjoy being with people that are going to take her for walks and or runs. She is 47 lbs with a wool coat.
